Salam Experts is seeking a Senior SEO leader to drive international growth. You will guide a team of SEO professionals, shape strategy, and collaborate with content and development teams to improve organic traffic, rankings, and revenue across multiple markets.

You will oversee technical audits, content optimization, and authority-building campaigns while leveraging AI-powered search insights and modern SEO techniques. Remote and onsite flexibility in Pakistan are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SEO experience across international projects.
• Proven success ranking websites in competitive industries.
• Strong expertise across technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SEO and content strategy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy and organic growth for international brands.
• Manage and mentor SEO specialists; ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to execute plans.
• Develop roadmaps with KPIs; monitor performance and adjust.
• Oversee technical audits, hreflang, and site architecture fixes.
• Drive link-building, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives.
