Job summary

The Migration is seeking an SEO Optimization Executive to boost online visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation. You will handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and drive qualified leads.

You’ll conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization, develop backlink strategies, and monitor performance with Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Collaboration with content teams is essential to scale SEO across blogs and landing pages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of SEO, digital marketing, or search engine optimization experience.
Strong knowledge of major SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve organic rankings.
Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL optimization.
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
Monitor website performance, rankings, and traffic using analytics tools.
Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical SEO health.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to apply SEO best practices in blogs and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Track and report SEO performance metrics with insights and recommendations.
Optimize local SEO strategies to improve visibility in relevant markets.
