Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a Chemical Manager in Karachi to support the Quality Control function. The role focuses on Cleaning Validation, Computer System Validation, and Annual Product Quality Review processes, with extensive collaboration across departments to ensure compliant QC operations.

The ideal candidate holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry (or Pharm-D) with 8–10 years in QC/QA roles, and will drive CAPA, change control, and audit readiness across the site.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in QC/QA roles.
• Experience with Cleaning Validation and Computer System Validation.
• Familiarity with Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and related data analyses.
• Knowledge of validation, facility, and related quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support QC Manager in Cleaning Validation, CSV and PQR activities.
• Prepare PQR annual plan and implement it on time.
• Collect, review, analyze PQR data and report findings to senior management for CAPA.
