Job summary

Milltex seeks a Senior Decoration Account Manager to own U.S. customer relationships and guide embroidery programs end-to-end. You will translate artwork into production specifications, select techniques and substrates, and shepherd orders through strike-off, approvals, and production within SLA.

The role combines embroidery expertise with account management. Fluency in English is required, and you will work hybrid from Karachi with some travel, aligning to U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in apparel decoration or embroidery merchandising.
• Fluent business English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on familiarity with decoration techniques listed.
• Ability to estimate stitch count within ~15% on sight.
• Experience handling U.S./EU brand customers directly.
• Available for U.S. business hours (PKT 4:00 PM–12:00 AM).
• Hybrid work model with weekly in-office day in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. accounts end-to-end for brand owners and buyers.
• Lead Zoom and phone calls during U.S. business hours.
• Translate artwork into decoration specifications and tech packs.
• Select decoration techniques and substrates for production.
• Estimate stitch count on sight (±15%) and advise on costs.
• Oversee strike-off, sample approval, and production to SLA.
• Coordinate with factories, production, and quality teams.
• Support MTX Custom program at lower capacity as needed.
