Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive interfaces and lead design initiatives for our software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure the vision is realized with fidelity and usability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in UI/UX, a strong portfolio, and solid skills in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. You will mentor junior designers while staying current with design trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end development and ability to communicate with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for software products.
• Conduct user research and collect feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with development to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
