Job summary

KalSoft in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of fintech-focused digital experiences. You will drive UX strategy and collaborate with frontend teams to deliver visually appealing, highly functional products.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, while guiding Agile teams and ensuring usability and accessibility across applications.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of UI/UX Design and user experience development experience.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Fintech, banking, or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
