Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to turn user needs into intuitive web and mobile interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements, sketch ideas, and produce mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites function and look.

A strong portfolio, a Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma and Sketch are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of UI/UX experience.
• Strong portfolio for web and mobile UI/UX design.
• Proven UI/UX Designer with relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, flows and sitemaps.
• Introduce elegant UX patterns for cross-product impact.
• Build deep knowledge of users' goals and problems.
• Design UI elements, navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes showing site function and look.
• Create original graphics (images, sketches, tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues like responsiveness.
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors and images.

Job description

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Introduce elegant UX patterns that impact the experience across the entire product
• Continuously build a deep knowledge of our users' goals and problems
• Design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors with 6-8 years of relevant experience
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and expertise in UI/UX design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch etc.)
• A team player but can work independently too
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
