Job description

Systems Limited is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to bring in the fast-pace high-quality prototyping to implementation capability to the team. In this role you’ll work with UX Analyst, product owner as well as business team to deliver best in class user experience design for Japan market.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and consistent user experiences across digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technically feasible, high-quality implementation of UX/UI designs
• Ensure digital experiences align with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
• Support data-driven UX optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Work collaboratively within agile product teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Business stakeholders
• Design solutions with consideration for enterprise CMS, ecommerce, CRM, and integrated digital ecosystem dependencies

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design for web-based product
• Outstanding UX/UI design skill, can push out wireframes/design ideas/prototypes in a speedy manner using Adobe suite, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, or perhaps even better: local dev environment
• Understanding of frontend technologies, responsive design principles, and component-based architectures
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Experience with UX experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization methodologies
• Experience working within enterprise digital platforms such as CMS, ecommerce, and CRM ecosystems
• Awareness of AI-assisted UX workflows and emerging digital experience technologies
