Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. medical billing experience (Charge Entry & Claim Submission focused).
• Strong CPT, ICD-10 and modifier usage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Accurate charge entry and claim creation
• Same-day or 24-hour claim submission
• Clearinghouse rejection management
• Coordination with AR team for denial prevention
• Insurance eligibility and benefits verification
• Ensure compliance with payer-specific billing guidelines
