Job summary

HR Ways in Rawalpindi is seeking a seasoned Manager Operations to lead a U.S.-based wound care medical billing operation. You will oversee the Revenue Cycle Management lifecycle including charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, and collections.

You will head teams across billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, and QA, ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Oversee all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Minimum 5 years leading RCM operations in healthcare.
• Strong English communication with US leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RCM processes across charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials management, and collections.
• Head multiple teams: billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, QA.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT.
• Present performance reports to senior leadership and clients.
