Job summary

Conversiq Global (SMC-Private) Limited in Rawalpindi is hiring for a US healthcare billing specialist to join our on-site night shift team. You will handle Medicare and payer claims, AR follow-up, and credentialing tasks to support US healthcare providers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of US billing experience, solid knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes, and proficiency with EHR/billing software. This is a full-time, on-site role with a professional office environment in Bahria Town.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in US healthcare billing, RCM, credentialing or related calling.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing, CPT/ICD-10 codes and the claims process.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience with EHR or billing software.
• Able to work on-site night shifts in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track claims to Medicare and other US payers
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims, and work AR
• Post payments and review EOBs/ERAs
• Handle provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• Make outbound calls to primary care offices, payers and patients
• Keep accurate records in EHR and billing systems
