• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with AI, computer vision, video/image annotation, or data-labeling products is a strong advantage.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and work directly with a California-based AI startup developing innovative AI solutions for the agricultural industry in the United States.

The successful candidate will lead the development and improvement of annotation tools and AI products, working closely with engineering, QA, annotation, and client teams. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong technical understanding, product ownership, and the ability to turn business requirements into practical product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle for AI and video annotation platforms.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, identify problems, and define product solutions.
• Manage product roadmaps, priorities, features, and development milestones.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI/ML teams, QA teams, and annotation operations.
• Design and improve video/image annotation workflows and tools for multiple AI products.
• Identify inefficiencies and continuously optimize existing processes and workflows.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and product iteration.
• Test prototypes and new features and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and priorities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of products from initial concept through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Job Specification

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technical or software product environment.
• Proven experience leading the development of software systems or digital products.
• Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced technology environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with AI, computer vision, video/image annotation, or data‑labeling products is a strong advantage.
• Experience optimizing business and technical workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI‑assisted development tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with international clients and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
