Mashreq Careers seeks an experienced Observability Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of critical systems. You will implement comprehensive monitoring, logging and tracing, work with cross-functional teams, and drive proactive performance improvements across infrastructure and applications.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, 3–5 years in Observability and CI, and strong Java development with Azure and Kubernetes expertise.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure and Applications
• 3-5 years hands-on Observability and CI
• 2 years programming in Java
• Knowledge of Azure and Kubernetes
• Strong communication for cross-functional alignment
• Bachelor's or Master’s in IT/CS or related field

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering, operations and stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements and performance goals.
• Define KPIs, diagnose issues, and optimize observability.
• Develop and implement monitoring, logging, and tracing frameworks and processes.
• Ensure availability, scalability and reliability of infrastructure and deployments.
• Manage monitoring tools (AppDynamics/DataDog/Splunk/ELK/Sentry) for insights.
• Provide reports on application performance and trends.
• Guide teams on best practices for APM and performance optimization.
