Mashreq is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. The role focuses on comprehensive monitoring, tracing, and proactive insights to reduce MTTR across enterprise applications.

You will implement and manage observability tools, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and deliver actionable analytics for digital experiences.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with IT Infrastructure and Applications.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in Observability and CI/CD.
• 2 years programming experience in Java or related technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills to align the organization on complex technical decisions.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements and performance goals.
• Define KPIs, diagnose issues, and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop observability frameworks, tools, and processes for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Ensure availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and deployments.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools (AppDynamics/DataDog/Splunk/ELK/Sentry).
• Provide timely reports on application performance and trends.
• Collaborate with digital squads to implement performance improvements and training on APM.
