Job summary

Dawlance, a leading home appliance brand in Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Specialist – Warehouse & Logistics to join its Supply Chain team in Karachi. You will oversee warehouse operations, logistics planning, and inventory control to ensure smooth, cost-efficient deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, and is able to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and e-Commerce to resolve bottlenecks and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Experience in inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and e-Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 100% dispatch accuracy.
• Monitor timely delivery of stock to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales / Marketing / e-Commerce) to clear bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party transporters and resolve issues.
• Reduce detention costs for trailers.
• Manage the delivery system.
• Ensure that sections under him perform their duties according to SOPs and systematically.
• Ensure safe and sound handling of FGs until delivery to the customer.
• Control and minimize dent and damage costs.
• Manage operations of areas under his responsibility.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
