Job summary

Dawlance in Rawalpindi seeks a dynamic Store Officer to join the Customer Service team. You will manage spare parts planning, forecast-based demand, receive stock, and maintain organized storage to support technicians, franchises, and dealers, delivering accurate inventory records.

Daily stock audits, minimising dead stock, and coordinating with the Central Store will be essential, along with issuing parts for complaints and sales requisitions, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of spare parts planning, forecasting, and demand management.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control and stock records.

Dawlance is looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Officer to join our Customer Service team in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities:

• Plan spare parts requirements based on forecasts and actual branch consumption, and coordinate monthly and quarterly demand with the Central Store.
• Receive spare parts and reconcile quantities and documentation with the Central Store.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, layout, and organization of spare parts within the store.
• Prioritize and arrange parts for critical customer complaints and PNA cases in line with approved procedures.
• Issue spare parts to technicians, CWS, franchises, and dealers against approved requirements and ensure timely closure of IA cases.
• Conduct daily physical audits of store issuances and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor and minimize dead stock and stock-outs while maintaining inventory levels within defined consumption limits.
• Manage the sale of new and dead stock parts to walk-in customers and parts dealers.
• Coordinate with parts dealers, collect orders, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Provide market feedback on spare parts pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Support the development of alternate parts for obsolete items and contribute to expanding the parts dealer network.
• Manage warranty parts issuance, rejected parts, faulty parts, scrap, and dismantled unit spare parts in accordance with company SOPs.
• Monitor the consumption of store consumables and maintain the required records and controls.
• Conduct quality inspections of received parts and prepare the required MRRs on a timely basis.
• Identify and report damaged stock and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain and organize all store-related records and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong understanding of spare parts planning, forecasting, and demand management.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to accurately reconcile store transactions and maintain inventory records.
• Knowledge of store layout management and space optimization.
• Strong skills in physical audits, stock verification, and inventory control.
• Understanding of spare parts quality checks and store-level procurement.
• Ability to manage parts issuance against complaints, sales requisitions, and franchise requirements.
• Knowledge of obsolete parts handling, alternate parts development, and dealer support.
