Job summary

NKU Technologies Pvt Ltd in Lahore seeks a Senior Solution Architect with strong presales expertise to design technical solutions, support the sales cycle and lead a team of technical professionals across engineering, sales and delivery. You will understand client needs, shape the right solution, and present it convincingly to both technical and executive audiences, while building team capability through hands-on leadership, coaching and structured training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, consulting, presales or related field.
• Experience leading and mentoring presales teams.
• Proven ability to design training and capability-building for technical staff.
• Strong knowledge of AI and generative AI, LLMs and automation.
• Awareness of AI risks (privacy, hallucination, governance) in design.
• Experience supporting sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, demos and workshops.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and security.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and measurable value.
• Experience estimating effort and scoping projects.
• Hands-on technical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage C-level and technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, engineering and delivery.
• Relevant certifications (cloud architecture, security, TOGAF) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Design end-to-end secure, scalable solution architectures.
• Identify AI/automation use cases and value.
• Lead presales, including discovery, demos, POC, workshops.
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing inputs.
• Qualify opportunities with sales to shape pitches.
• Present solutions to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage presales team.
• Deliver training and upskilling programs.
• Set standards and reusable assets for designs and demos.
• Coordinate with delivery for handover from presales.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI.
• Provide input to service offerings and go-to-market plans.
