Job summary

10Pearls seeks an experienced Full Stack developer with strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise to architect and develop scalable web applications. You will balance backend focus (60–70%) with frontend React work, emphasizing security, performance, and maintainability, and mentor teams.

You will design end-to-end flows, implement SaaS multi-tenant solutions, manage data isolation, authentication/authorization, and drive CI/CD practices while staying current with Azure services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on .NET/C# experience.
• Frontend using React and understanding end-to-end flow between frontend, APIs, data/business layer, and database.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and end-to-end flows.
• Experience building SaaS and multi-tenant solutions with data isolation.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization across apps and APIs.
• Solid database fundamentals and handling concurrent updates.
• Experience with multilingual/localized platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable web applications while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Utilizing your deep knowledge of the .NET framework, modern front-end frameworks and cloud services, you will contribute to building robust and efficient solutions.

• Provide strategic technical leadership by designing and architecting highly scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization.
• Ensure that company engineering practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and security standards, are maintained at the highest level.
• Drive the technical roadmap and align architectural decisions with both business strategy and client needs, serving as a key technical advisor. Lead complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of strong hands-on .NET / C# experience, with approximately 60–70% focus on backend development.
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development and ability to understand the end-to-end flow between the frontend, APIs, business/data layer, and database.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, with the ability to independently design and explain end-to-end application flows and technical decisions.
• Proven experience building SaaS applications and multi-tenant solutions, including practical understanding of tenant management and data isolation to prevent cross-tenant data access.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization, including where and how access controls are enforced across the application and APIs.
• Solid database fundamentals, including transactions and handling concurrent updates to ensure data integrity.
• Experience with multilingual and localized platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted application environments, including hands-on experience with relevant Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, and Dead Letter Queue (DLQ), is preferred.
• Senior-level professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision, make sound technical decisions, and clearly communicate architectural and implementation approaches.
