Job summary

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Full Stack developer with strong expertise in .NET and Azure to architect and build scalable web applications. You will work across backend and frontend layers, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, and shaping the architectural decisions while staying updated on new technologies and trends to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong hands-on .NET/C# experience with 60–70% backend focus.
• Strong React experience and ability to understand end-to-end flow between frontend, APIs, data layer and database.
• Deep understanding of application architecture to design and explain end-to-end flows and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership by designing scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization.
• Ensure CI/CD, code quality, and security standards are maintained at high level.
• Drive the technical roadmap and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions; mentor engineers.
