Job summary

10Pearls, LLC seeks an experienced Full Stack developer with strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise to architect and develop scalable web applications. You will ensure performance, security, and maintainability using modern front-end frameworks and cloud services.

Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, aligning architecture with business needs, mentoring engineers, and driving the technical roadmap while staying current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on .NET/C# experience.
• 60–70% backend development focus.
• Proficient in React frontend and understanding end-to-end flow.
• Experience building SaaS apps and multi-tenant solutions.
• Knowledge of data isolation and secure access controls.
• Strong authentication/authorization understanding.
• Solid database fundamentals and concurrency handling.
• Experience with multilingual/localized platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments, including Azure services.
• CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, DLQ) preferred.
• Senior-level, independentWorker with clear communication of architecture.
