Job summary

Descon Engineering Limited – Corporate SAP ERP is seeking a Deputy Manager SD to design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution processes for efficient order-to-cash operations in Lahore. You will lead pricing, delivery, and billing, ensuring tight FI/CO and MM/PP integration and driving S/4HANA/Fiori adoption.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP SD, multiple full lifecycle implementations, and strong data-migration experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of SAP SD functional experience.
At least two full lifecycle SAP implementations or migrations (ECC to S/4HANA or similar).
Strong cross-module integration (FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM).
SAP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and configure SAP SD processes including orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.
Lead end-to-end data migration for customers, pricing conditions, orders, deliveries, and billing documents.
Ensure integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM.
Deliver project lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
Develop and execute test scripts; support UAT; minimize defects post go-live.
Maintain governance via documentation, SoD, audit, and revenue recognition requirements.
Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and finance to align processes.
Drive continuous improvement via automation, pricing optimization, and adopting S/4HANA and Fiori capabilities.
Provide training and mentorship to team members and end users.
