Qualifications

• ICMA/CA/ACCA certifications are required for the role.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing costing and finance.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience including CO and COPA; strong costing background.

Responsibilities

• Lead product costing activities, including BOM-based costing and material/conversion cost analysis.
• Review COPA and profitability analyses to support decisions.
• Manage month-end CO closing and ensure timely delivery of costing outputs.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses and ad hoc financial reports.
• Monitor cost centers, activity rates, capacity, and labor and utility costs for cost control.
• Review inventory aging, provisioning, and working capital reports.
• Analyze production variances, material and sales price variances, and overhead absorption.
• Conduct regular production floor reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities.
