Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant with strong expertise in job costing, financial analysis, reporting, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making by preparing accurate cost assessments, monitoring project profitability, ensuring financial data integrity, and providing actionable insights to management. This role also involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and assisting in financial control processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed job costing, monitor project budgets, track variances, and provide profitability analysis.
• Prepare and present management reports, financial statements, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, cost optimization, and business decisions.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records including reconciliations, general ledger oversight, and monthly closing.
• Support financial controller functions such as cashflow monitoring, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data, validate costs, and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Qualifications
