Job summary

DWP Group seeks an experienced Cost Control Manager to lead and standardize the overall costing framework for factory operations. You will own costing policies, review variances, and collaborate with FP&A to inform pricing, budgeting, and profitability decisions.

The role requires strong expertise in product and landed costing, BOM concepts, and inventory valuation, with ERP experience (Odoo) and advanced Excel skills. Lahore-based position with global impact.

Qualifications

ACMA, CA Finalist, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
6+ years of costing, management accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis experience.
Strong expertise in product costing, standard/actual costing, landed costing, and variance analysis.
Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting/dashboarding.

Responsibilities

Own and standardize the costing framework, policies, and reporting formats for factory operations.
Review product, model-wise, batch, process, and landed-cost calculations prepared by the factory costing team.
Analyze actual vs. standard/estimated costs and investigate significant variances.
Monitor gross margins and profitability by product/model/channel.
Coordinate with Group FP&A on budgets, forecasts, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Prepare costing dashboards and management reports for the Group Financial Controller.
