We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Senior Sales Closer with exceptional English communication skills and a proven track record in international outbound sales. In this role, you will be responsible for handling warm leads and live transfers, addressing complex customer objections, and closing high-value sales to drive overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Closing & Pitching: Lead phone consultations, present tailored value propositions, handle live transfers, and close prospective deals with efficiency and confidence.
• Objection Handling: Address complex customer concerns, pushbacks, and price objections using proven negotiation strategies and tactical persuasion techniques.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline of prospects within the CRM system, recording call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales metrics in real time.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to approved scripts, compliance guidelines, brand messaging, and internal quality standards.
• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual closing quotas, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as a Sales Closer, Senior Qualifier, or Senior Sales Executive within an outbound international call center or telesales environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication with clear pronunciation, active listening skills, and a confident, professional tone.
• Sales Acumen: Mastery over objection handling, value creation, deal closing, and buyer psychology.
• Work Ethic: Highly coachable, resilient under pressure, target-oriented, and strictly punctual with strong shift adherence.

Position Details

• Position: Senior Sales Closer
• Base Salary: PKR 150,000 / month + Uncapped Commissions
• Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT (Full-Time, 10-Hour Night Shift)
• Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday)
• Locations: Bahria Town (Phase 4 & Phase 7), Gulberg Greens (Islamabad), Rehmanabad (Rawalpindi)
