Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outbound international sales experience.
• Excellent verbal English communication with a professional tone.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Coachable, resilient, target-driven and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Lead phone consultations, present tailored value propositions, handle live transfers, and close deals with efficiency and confidence.
• Address complex customer concerns, pushbacks, and price objections using proven negotiation strategies.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, recording call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales metrics in real time.
• Ensure compliance with approved scripts, brand messaging and quality standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing quotas, revenue targets and KPIs.
