Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in sales operations, sales coordination, or operations-heavy support role.
• Demonstrated ownership of a workflow or operational system over weeks or months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations to maintain a clear, accurate picture of activities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy: deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, sources.
• Convert meetings and updates into structured action logs with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports with clear data gaps and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
