Job summary

REDA Chemicals in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the Animal Nutrition & Health portfolio. You will develop strategic relationships with feed mills, poultry producers, and farms, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions while expanding market presence.

You will lead an experienced sales team, manage the pipeline, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and report performance to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agriculture and Allied Sciences.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience selling ingredients to feed mills, poultry producers, and animal farms.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and agriculture industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the animal nutrition and health ingredients market.
• Identify target customers, set sales objectives, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with feed mills, poultry and animal farms, and understand their requirements.
• Educate customers on benefits and features of the product portfolio through presentations and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive product development and marketing strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track activities, and report KPIs to management.

About the Job

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand REDA Chemicals' Animal Nutrition & Health business in Pakistan. You will develop strategic customer relationships with feed mills, poultry producers, and animal farms, promote our ingredient portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, monitor market trends, and support business development initiatives. This is a target-driven role for an experienced sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the animal nutrition and health ingredients market.
• Identify target customers, set sales objectives, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including feed mills, and poultry and animal farms. Understand their unique requirements, offer tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our product portfolio. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase our offerings and address customer inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze market demands, identify emerging opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team to drive product development and marketing strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track sales activities, and report on key performance metrics regularly. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate pricing strategies and implement effective pricing structures.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Network with potential customers, industry professionals, and thought leaders to expand business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agriculture and Allied Sciences
• At least 10-12 years of experience in selling ingredients to Feed Mills, Poultry and Animal Farms in India
• Strong knowledge of market landscape in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and the agriculture industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier & customer relationships
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events and liaise with suppliers
