Reeyoung Animal Health Technology Co. Ltd. is expanding its commercial coverage in Pakistan and seeks a Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with feed mills, premix producers, farm-level product distributors and large farm groups.

You will represent a portfolio of feed additives across poultry, ruminant and aquaculture segments, working with the support team to convert opportunities into repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in animal feed or livestock sectors.
• Technical knowledge of feed additives, nutrition and practical applications.
• Familiar with import procedures, regulatory requirements and docs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Plan and execute visits, trials and demonstrations; engage stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
• Willing to travel across Pakistan and coordinate with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, feed mills and farm groups.
• Collaborate with technical services to deliver trials and nutritional recommendations.

Overview: Reeyoung Animal Health Technology Co., Ltd. is expanding commercial coverage in Pakistan and seeks a Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with feed mills, premix producers, farm-level product distributors and large farm groups. Represent a portfolio of feed additives across poultry, ruminant and aquaculture segments, working with the support team to convert opportunities into repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue sales opportunities in Pakistan within the feed and livestock industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, feed mills, premix producers, integrators and farm groups; conduct customer visits and product presentations.
• Collaborate with technical services to deliver product trials, nutritional recommendations and problem-solving support tailored to customer operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and follow through on order processing, delivery coordination and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform commercial strategy and reporting.

Job Specification

Must-have

• Proven sales experience in animal feed, feed additives, premix or livestock sectors with a track record of closing B2B deals.
• Technical knowledge of feed additives, nutrition principles and practical applications across poultry, ruminant and aquaculture production.
• Familiar with import procedures as well as import regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to plan and execute customer visits, trials and demonstrations; comfortable speaking with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently while coordinating with China headquarters; willingness to travel in Pakistan.
