Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6–9+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
• Experience testing in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for complex features.
• Lead risk assessments and determine testing depth.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning for testability.
• Stratetize around Agentic AI solutions and how to put in required testing procedures around it.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security tests.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines integrate automated tests.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve quality metrics and processes.
