Esire is seeking a Senior QC to maintain the quality of leather jackets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of leather garments and be able to identify, control, and prevent quality issues.

The role involves inspecting jackets after production, checking stitching and finishing, and coordinating with production to correct defects. A keen eye for quality and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in leather garment manufacturing, preferably jackets.
• Strong knowledge of leather quality, stitching, measurements and finishing.
• Stitching experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to identify quality problems and coordinate with production.

Responsabilités

• Inspect leather jackets after production and ensure quality standards.

• Check stitching, measurements, finishing, accessories, and jacket appearance.
• Find defects and coordinate with the production team for correction.
• Help reduce quality issues, customer complaints, returns, and product rejection.
