Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manual pattern making for leather garments.
• Skilled in grading, copying patterns, and pattern corrections.
• Experience with fitting and sample development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, copy, and maintain manual leather patterns.
• Perform manual grading according to size specs.
• Create patterns from samples, measurement sheets, or design references.
• Check garment measurements, fit, construction, and pattern accuracy.
• Make pattern corrections based on fitting/production feedback.
• Ensure seam matching, armholes, sleeves, collars, shoulders, and balance.
• Coordinate with sampling, stitching, and production teams.
• Maintain records of patterns, size sets, corrections, and approved samples.
