Job summary

Gusti Leder GmbH in Pakistan is seeking a Quality Control & Production Assistant. Fresh graduates are welcome to join an international team, learn leather production, and grow with us.

Your duties include inspecting leather products, visiting tanneries and facilities for QC, recording findings in Google Sheets, and communicating with local producers and our global team. Travel is involved and training is provided.

As a Quality Control & Production Assistant, you will help us make sure our leather products meet our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting leather products and checking their quality.
• Visiting leather tanneries and production facilities for quality-control checks.
• Communicating with local producers, suppliers, and our international team.
• Communicating confidently and politely in English.
• Using Google Sheets to record inspections, findings, and other important information.
• Travelling to production locations when required.
• Learning our quality standards and following inspection procedures.
