EBM in Karachi is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Quality Assurance to lead QA operations at our baking plant.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Food Technologist with 10–15 years of QA experience, preferably in biscuits and baking. This role emphasizes ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing SPC, and driving product quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, preferably in biscuits and baking manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of BRCGS and FSSC 22000 standards, along with local and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in Statistical Quality Control (SQC).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of products and baking processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of ovens and mixing systems would be a distinct advantage.

• Oversee and manage all quality assurance functions within the baking plant.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and all applicable local and regulatory standards.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Quality Control programs.
• Lead troubleshooting initiatives and resolve quality-related challenges.
