Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional baking experience in a commercial bakery.

• Ability to manage a team while also working independently.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Creative with attention to detail in creating new recipes or decorations.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Senior Baker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Baker to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our bakery, while also creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the bakery operations, including budgeting, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff
• Create new recipes and ensure that all products are consistently high-quality and meet our standards
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to customer orders
• Train and mentor junior bakers on proper techniques and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
• Comply with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new products that appeal to our customers

Requirements

Salary

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location

This position is located in Faisalabad. Candidates who are already based in Faisalabad will be given preference.

Contract Job

This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. Depending on performance, there may be an opportunity for a permanent position.
