Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising junior bakers. You must have a thorough understanding of baking techniques, strong time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a baker, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create new and innovative recipes.
