Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead factory QA oversight, ensure SOP adherence, and drive continuous improvement across development, production, and packaging.

You will coordinate QA teams, manage risk assessments, monitor product safety, and report findings to senior management, while upholding ethical standards and supplier compliance. Fluent in English/Urdu; 10–15 years’ garment experience; Bachelor's degree; travel as required.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ working experience in garment field.
• Good knowledge of garment quality control in factory.
• Good knowledge of inspection processes and requirements.
• Strong written English to understand documents and issue reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory QA oversight and ensure SOP adherence across QA teams.
• Coordinate inspections booking and reporting to Centric QA and management.
• Identify defects and drive corrective actions (CAP) with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety standards and product compliance for children’s products and other items.
• Prepare CAPs after audits and share updates with top management.
