Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader for our garment manufacturing operations in Karachi. You will oversee QA activities, enforce SOPs, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement using Kaizen/Lean methods to ensure defect-free production and compliance with buyer standards.

You will coordinate with factory teams, report KPI performance to senior management, develop CAPs after audits, and train staff to uphold Centric's quality expectations across all stages

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ working experience in garment field.
• Sufficient technical ability in apparel and quality control.
• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and QA systems.
• Good written English to understand documents and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities to ensure production quality and on-time delivery.
• Report quality performance to senior management and implement CAPs.
• Conduct technical audits and enforce safety compliance for children’s products.
• Provide training on SOPs and drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives.
• Organize QA staff training and enforce defect-prevention measures.
