Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a senior QA leader to drive quality assurance across manufacturing partners, ensuring adherence to SOPs, audit readiness, and effective CAP implementations. You will champion Kaizen/Lean initiatives, supervise QA teams, and maintain comprehensive quality records for multiple apparel lines.

The role requires 10-15 years in garment QA, strong knowledge of inspection processes, and excellent cross-functional collaboration to uphold Centric quality standards and customer

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ working experience in garment field.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, quality control systems, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork-building skills.
• Experience coordinating audits with buyers and internal QA teams.
• Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean methodologies and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory QA oversight and ensure compliance with Centric SOPs.
• Coordinate audits, CAPs, and corrective actions; monitor implementations.
• Maintain quality records, technical files, and audit documentation.
• Guide QA teams and organize regular training, knowledge sharing, and QA metrics.
• Ensure product safety standards and compliance for children’s products.
