Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead quality assurance across development to final production, ensuring buyer standards, SOP adherence and effective corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in garments, a bachelor’s degree, strong written English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; occasional travel may be required. You will mentor teams, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean initiatives in a fast-paced apparel

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ work experience in garment field.
• Bachelor’s degree in apparel/garment/textile or related field.
• Strong knowledge of garment inspection processes and QA systems.
• Good understanding of garment construction, techniques and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in written English for report writing and documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA oversight across development, production, and QA reporting.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and buyer quality standards.
• Coordinate QA audits and corrective action plans (CAP).
• Implement Kaizen/Lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit records and technical documentation for Centric brand files.
