Job summary

Integriti is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure high-quality software throughout the development lifecycle. The role blends manual testing with growing test automation ownership, collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers.

You will move beyond executing tests toward shaping how quality is built into the product and delivery processes. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of QA experience, a strong foundation in SDLC/Agile, and hands-on API testing plus automation tooling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of software QA/testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong testing techniques: boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, negative testing, exploratory testing.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman or similar.
• Experience with at least one automation framework (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium).
• Programming/scripting: .Net Core, JavaScript or Java.
• SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with Jira/ClickUp for defects and test management.
• Git version control knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements/user stories to identify gaps and testability.
• Create test plans and test cases for new features and regression.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and UI/UX testing.
• Test REST APIs using Postman and validate responses.
• Build and maintain automated UI/API test scripts and grow automation.
• Log and retest defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Run basic SQL checks to validate backend data.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Help improve QA processes and documentation.
