Job summary

Integriti Global is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality assurance for a next-generation IDP platform that combines OCR, AI/LLM-based extraction, and cloud architecture.

This role requires architecting a QA strategy from the ground up, testing across web, cloud, DB, and AI components, and defining quality for an AI-powered pipeline. You will lead end-to-end qualification and guide a growing QA function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience testing complex web and cloud apps end-to-end.
• Owns full-spectrum testing: unit, integration, E2E, regression, smoke.
• Strong SQL, data integrity, and data pipeline testing.
• Hands-on with test automation strategies built from scratch.
• Experience with AI/ML/NLP-powered systems and non-deterministic outputs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the QA strategy and test vision for the platform.
• Champion QA best practices and testing standards across the team.
• Build a scalable testing roadmap balancing manual, automated, and AI eval.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for releases with data-driven go/no-go criteria.
• Design and maintain a reusable test data corpus for regression.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to catch issues early.
• Mentor QA resources and raise testing rigor across the team.
