Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing stock, hygiene standards, and supervising bakery/fresh food operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product expiry dates and handle expired products appropriately.
• Keep shelf labels, rail cards, and signage updated and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Maintain product availability and monitor stock levels.
• Process repacking entries in the GMS system on time.
• Participate in weekly and annual inventory counts and reports.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve quality issues and maintain hygiene in bakery areas.
• Suggest new bakery items to improve sales and meet customer needs.
