Job summary

People Perfect, on behalf of a leading Ice Cream & Dairy Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Production Manager (Production & Quality Control) in Lahore. You will oversee daily production operations, implement schedules, ensure quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in ice cream or dairy manufacturing, a strong grasp of production processes, machinery, HACCP/GMP/ISO 9001, and proven leadership to drive functional teams toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Ice Cream or dairy manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
