Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of product, portfolio and lifecycle management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for deposit products aligned with banks strategy.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to drive product innovation.
