Job summary

Troxis is seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to develop visually impactful content across digital platforms. The role covers graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and brand storytelling to strengthen Troxis' digital presence.

You will transform concepts into high‑quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency across social media, websites, campaigns, and corporate communications, collaborating with Marketing and Content teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, IT, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
• Experience in Software House/ IT or SaaS preferred; agency experience a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics and video.

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics for social media, websites, blogs, emails and ads.
• Create branding assets: logos, banners, brochures, pitch decks and infographics.
• Develop concepts aligned with Troxis' visual identity and marketing goals.
• Produce motion graphics and animations for campaigns and videos.
• Edit promotional and corporate videos, recruitment media, and event highlights.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually impactful content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and brand storytelling, with the ability to create engaging marketing assets that strengthen Troxis' digital presence.

This role requires someone who can transform concepts into high-quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency across social media, websites, advertising campaigns, employer branding, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static graphics for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, banners, brochures, flyers, company profiles, pitch decks, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts that align with Troxis' visual identity and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Design animated explainer videos, product showcases, logo animations, UI animations, and kinetic typography.
• Produce eye-catching GIFs, animated banners, and motion assets for marketing campaigns.
• Edit high-quality promotional videos, corporate videos, recruitment campaigns, client success stories, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Enhance videos with transitions, color correction, motion effects, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Collaborate during video shoots and provide creative direction when required.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Social Media teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas for digital campaigns, employer branding, product launches, and company events.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, content creators, and PR teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, animation techniques, and digital media innovations.
• Design visuals for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create creative assets that improve user engagement and campaign performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives through visually compelling recruitment campaigns and company culture content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, IT, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. (A relevant diploma or professional certification is a plus).
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Experience working in a Software House, IT Company, SaaS-based organization is highly preferred. Creative Agency or Digital Marketing Agency are plus.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in static design, motion graphics, and video production.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
