Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with POS systems, IT products, software solutions, or B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling to retail chains, F&B businesses is advantageous.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate product value clearly.
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to conduct regular outdoor meetings and client visits alongside indoor activities.

• Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers, especially retail chains, restaurants, cafés, and F&B businesses.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable POS products, features, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify needs, competitors, and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical/support teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, orders, and post-sales matters to ensure satisfaction.
