Job summary

The Chimera Marketing is seeking a Senior Outbound Calling Agent to lead cold outreach and outbound sales efforts for the US market. You will engage decision-makers, book qualified meetings, and drive revenue through a high-volume outreach program.

Work on-site in DHA Phase 4, Lahore (Night shift 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT). You will build prospect lists, personalize campaigns, and maintain CRM accuracy to consistently meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development.
• Experience selling digital marketing services, SaaS, or B2B solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience with cold calling and cold emailing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and outbound sales tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
