Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Senior Officer - Quality & Monitoring Directorate to oversee accreditation processes and maintain documentation for audits. The role collaborates with senior staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and supports quality improvement initiatives across the department.

The candidate will also assist in managing patient complaints, feedback mechanisms, and risk management activities to uphold the hospital’s quality program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine/ Dental/ Nursing/ Health Sciences/ Public Health/ Quality Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing accreditation is attained and that all documentation relating to ongoing accreditation is in place, up to date and available for auditing by the healthcare commission and JCI Accreditation.
• Support the QIPS management in managing patient complaints and feedback, quality improvement activities and risk management.

Job Description

The Senior Officer, QMD in conjunction with seniors is responsible for ensuring that on-going accreditation is attained and that all documentation relating to on-going accreditation is in place, up to date and available for auditing by the healthcare commission and JCI Accreditation.
