Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Senior Officer, QMD to drive ongoing accreditation efforts and maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory bodies. The role also supports QIPS in handling patient complaints, driving quality improvements, and managing risk across the organization.

The candidate should have a relevant medical or health sciences background and a minimum of three years' experience in quality management or accreditation-related activities. Background checks will be performed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine/ Dental/ Nursing/ Health Sciences/ Public Health/ Quality Management is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing accreditation is attained and related documentation is ready for auditing by the healthcare commission and JCI.

Job Description

The Senior Officer, QMD in conjunction with seniors is responsible for ensuring that on-going accreditation is attained and that all documentation relating to on-going accreditation is in place, up to date and available for auditing by the healthcare commission and JCI Accreditation. Also, to support the QIPS management in managing patient complaints and feedbacks, quality improvement activities and risk management.
